i have a fish bowl discussion and i was wondering what were some problems Fredrick Douglass had dealing with Family i really need some help on this, please include page number with your answers thanks alot

About 3 days ago, one of the fish died in my tank. A day after that, I noticed a bunch of baby fish swimming around that were exactly the same colors as the fish that died- orange with black fins and a black tail. She must have been pregnant at the pet store because there was only one of that fish in the tank, and I just got her a week ago and she was being kind of slow. There were 6 baby fish that I took out, but one died. The rest are doing perfectly fine. I put them in another bowl with gravel at the bottom and fresh water. I am feeding them regular fish food that I crushed up into powder, but I have not seen them eat it yet. The fish bowl is underneath a desk lamp so they will keep warm and not get too hot or cold. If there is anything that I am doing wrong, please tell me. Don't be mean and tell me that I am stupid for trying to save them. They stand a better chance in a separate bowl than in the tank where the other fish will eat them. The worst that will happen is they die peacefully in the tank instead of being eaten. If they live to grow up all the way, they will move to my mom's fish tank, that is about 15 gallons and they will be happier. Also, how long does it take them to grow up all the way? Their mother was about 2 inches long at full grown. They are really hyper and spastic and they are each about 3 or 4 millimeters long. They seem to be doing alright. They are freshwater fish. I am changing their water every 2-3 days and testing it regularly for diseases like ammonia, fungus, e.t.c. None so far. Is there anything else that I need to do or that I am doing wrong?
